Our Story
Dahlsford Grove was established in 1998 with a simple idea: build a place where people could live comfortably, affordably and well—without giving up their independence.
Almost thirty years on, our village is still owned and operated by the same local family. That continuity is rare in this industry, and it shows in the little things: established landscaping, long-standing residents, and an onsite management team who know our community by name.

Decisions about Dahlsford Grove are made here, on the ground, by people you’ll actually meet. That means we can keep our fees sensible, respond to residents quickly, and invest in the things that matter: the gardens, the pool, the community centre, and the quiet. It also means when you call us, you know we’ll be there.

The best thing about Dahlsford Grove isn’t something we built—it’s the people who’ve chosen to live here. Our residents look out for each other. There’s plenty going on if you want it, and plenty of space to be left alone if you don’t.
